For Tarla Lall, that thought was simple yet powerful—

In 2008, this thought became a reality with the birth of Aasha Nu Zarnu in Mira Road.

It started as a humble initiative with a strong purpose—to help people overcome hesitation in English and in life.
Tarla Lall believed that language is not just about words…
it is about confidence, identity, and self-expression.
She saw many talented individuals—especially women, students, and homemakers—holding themselves back, not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked confidence.
